There will be 4 video sessions, approx.1 hour each.

My Story
I grew up in Switzerland and carry Finland in my heart as a second home – a blend that shaped my open, international mindset.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family, I have always been curious and ambitious, first as an athlete and later in the life sciences business world.
Beyond work, I find joy in nature, sharing time with friends and family and taking care of my very own little vinyard in the garden.
I am deeply grateful for the path my life has taken. It has allowed me to see much of the world, explore a wide range of industries, and work with both startups and global corporations.
In recent years, my focus has been on innovation management, AI, geopolitics and sustainability – areas that are shaping our future at incredible speed. With massive changes unfolding.
Why SoulSync
In 2025 I flew out to Lanzarote for a week, far away from business and private life to think about what’s next in my life. I happened to bring along a book about IKIGAI, which I had heard about in a podcast years before.
I spent the week assessing myself with IKIGAI and discussed things further with a systemic coach, until I was sure, that’s it. The lego blocks aquired all my life fell into place. I developed the SoulSync method based on the traditional form of IKIGAI and adapted it to today’s cultural and business needs using state of the art technological possibilities.
SoulSync is my offering for a better world.
I want to guide people to a life with purpose and connection. Resilience and happiness, no matter what happens around you.
